Having trouble reading anything at all?
Keep an eye on the language bar at the top of the screen — the bar should stay on top and read in the same direction as your text. Click the red lock to unlock it, and you can rotate it into landscape mode.

Are the videos real? Why can't I get Word Lens to work that well for me?
The video is absolutely unaltered, showing the app in action. Best results come from clear text and bright light. Brighten the text with your phone light.
Can I use the app to read books?
Word Lens was not designed to read books, although it may help with short passages.
Having trouble downloading the app to multiple phones or transferring it to a new phone?
Try the "restore purchases" button, and if that does not work, try buying again. As long as you use the same iTunes account you will not be double charged.
